Adding & Managing Resources

Resources let you share downloadable files right from your site. Sermon outlines, volunteer handbooks, study guides — if your people need it, you can share it.

Creating a New Resource

  1. Go to Resources > Add New
  2. Give it a title your people will actually recognize
  3. Add a short description
  4. Upload your file (PDFs work great)
  5. Add a featured image
  6. Choose a category
  7. Hit Publish

Your resources show up in a clean grid layout and visitors can filter by category.

Managing Your Library

Edit any resource from the list view. Need to swap a file? Just upload the new version.

tip

Review your resources quarterly. Nothing says "we forgot about our website" like a 2019 VBS signup form still hanging around.
