Choosing & Understanding Your Starter Site
Starter sites are pre-built church website templates that give you a gorgeous head start. No blank-page panic required.
How It Works
Head to Design > Starter Sites to browse the gallery. Each one is a fully designed church website you can preview before committing.
Once imported, your site gets populated with demo content, sample pages, and placeholder images. Think of it like moving into a furnished apartment — everything's in place, you just swap in your own stuff.
What to Do After Importing
- Replace demo content with your real church info
- Update your church name, address, and service times in Church Info
- Swap placeholder images for your own photos
- Customize colors and fonts to match your brand in the Customizer
Good to Know
You can switch starter sites later, but importing a new one replaces your current content.
caution
If you've already done a bunch of customizing, screenshot your favorite parts before importing a new starter site.
